1979 GMC 1/2 TON 2WD - CAD1950 in Quesnel, BC

Great little truck! 350ci with a new Quadra Jet 650cfm carb. Bullet proof turbo 400 transmission. Lots of power, new custom exhaust put on a year and a half ago (has that nice little rumble). Will need front brakes soon (if not now). 2 years ago we put on new rear shoes and drums, complete tune-up, and new u-joints (all of them). I have used this truck as a daily driver and to haul my camper on weekends and it has never let me down. It has been all over the countryside and in -30 below weather it was the only vehicle in my yard to start. It is a typical old GMC with all the usual squeaks and leaks but it is very reliable. I would not hesitate to jump in it and drive to Vancouver. I hate to part with it but my family has grown and we were in need of an extended cab....I've had it hidden away in the back yard for the past year (against my husbands wishes) as I just couldn't bear to sell it. Now the old man has put his foot down, and I really dont want this truck to just sit there and rust away. Sooooo...here I am, ready and somewhat willing to part with this old gal.....sighhhhhh...
